Re. the padlock, you must have AllVehicles in your sdemons.ini file set to 1. If the entry isn't there, just add

AllVehicles=1

If memory serves, that should work.

As far as i know its a temperamental issue. Perhaps it was only when it as shot down? ill look into it.

The Me410 had similiar problems to the Walrus, I recall - is there possibly a similiar solution?
