It's been pretty boring in here the past couple of months and I apologize... Things have been crazy! With Deutschmark cranking out skins and DDT keeping me on my toes with flight models I have had little time or need to post in here.

Well that's about to change! I welcome DDT to the group! He has done an excellent job tweaking and fine tuning a couple of FMs and we need more feedback before we go public with the files.

Also, I have a new intern patch in the works so we can shrink our downloads back down. Wink

In all seriousness, thanks. This is the first time I've been privy to behind the scenes game stuff like this. Smile

I can't say I really consider myself a "developer", at least, not yet. I do want to get into things like 3D Modeling and full blown FM work eventually.

For right now I'm limited to minor OPS tweaks, data collection and manipulation (just as important as collection), and some small artwork like the medal projects. (will be posting a more apporpriate preview of that stuff soon too BTW)

They let me in and all I do is burn CDRs. lol Can't find the thread where you asked about RB3D. If you've applied the FCJ patch and the game is still ugly you've done something wrong. Unfortunately I've yet to put RB3D on my recent computer. There are several things you have to do, like getting a glide wrapper for instance. The best place to find info on how to do all that is Jamron's Hell's Angels page http://www.jamrom.com/hellsangels/main.htm

Hmm. I'll have to try it again at some point. I was sure I had the glide wrapper installed. I took it off to make room for Strike Fighters so I could get a chance to play with a Grumman F9F-8 Cougar (swept wing Panther) finally. lol

Assuming I manage to get the visuals improved and my stick recognized - is it worth it? I mean, how are the FMs? I recall, pre-FCJ, that even with all the patches they were still crap compared to, what was then, OP-WWI.

I have FCJ and I rather enjoy it. I play it with my Voodoo 5 5500 PCI card. Big Grin Still, can't beat the semi-modern visuals of FS-WWI tho! Wink
