OK I notice that the forums are now at www.openplanesim.com address and that the rest of the site (ie - the download section) is now at the address of site.openplanesim.com. Well this has broken every single link in the download section.
None of them work Sad
The ONLY way I can see to make them work is to change the URL on every single one of them Shocked I really don't want to do that if possible as it all breaks any 'external' linking to other sites (like mine).

What can be done here?

Sorry Hip, just tested it and they still do. I'm talking about the download section of the main site. I've checked the db and only 2 files had their links directly to www.openplanesim.com, and they were changed.

If you're talking about the Download sections here at the forums, I'm afraid so, it will have to be done by hand.

I'm fixing them by hand at this moment, so please don't touch any links.

Ok, some 400 links later, here I am. Almost 100% (may have missed one or two) links in these forums to the Downloads sections have been fixed. In the process, I also fixed a lot of references to Forum topics.

As for offsite references, can't do anything about that I'm afraid, that will have to be done by who ever has then posted in their site, but the transition is quite easy, just use search and replace in html pages and you should have it fixed within 5 secs.

Cheers,

Moe

I did a download today, of the (WWII) Ground Pack 3 Patch v1.1, and I had to intercede with the URL after the \\type the sekrit number code\\ process, as the url was trying to use www.op... rather than site.op...
