I know it must have been more than just a bit of work. I like the new looks. Specially the "A better reference thingy - As asked by Klaus over at the openplanesim.com wish list - Has been implemented in a 24, 48 and 72 hours mode." Happy

Keep up the good work.
Tanx again,

1. Try to stay in the middle of the air.
2. Don't go near the edges of it.
3. Edges of the air can be recognized by the appearance of ground, buildings, sea, trees & outer space. Its much more difficult to fly in the edges.

It was hard, harder than expected, but it had to be done.

I still haven't forgotten that you've requested a "Printer friendly page" quite some time ago. I'm still looking at it, with this system it should be easier to implement.

Cheers,

Romeu

Thankyou Moebius,

I am happy that the site is updated and more secure.Well done Sir.
Will the neat looking banner of WW11 and WW1 planes that used to be at the top of the page be back?
Will I get my Avatar back?
Keep up the good work Moebius

Cheers

Maybe Hunter, the new forum is lacking in design flair at the moment, but it's early days yet. The priority was to get a SAFE, improved forum up and running. Design tweaks can be attended to later. Like Dinga I do miss the changing header images. But Moe has done a slendid job. I am pleased with the job he's(they) have done. Laugh

Hi Dinga, thanks for the nice words. The forums are still in a transitional phase. As you can see in this thread "New Forum Features", a new theme will place here. I still don't know if it will have dynamic picture changes, but if not it most certainly will have all the categories represented in it's banner/logo/etc.

What I really want to point out is that people should try to understand that the forums have been split from the main site, and that we will have a new and more secure front site as soon as realistic possible.

As for the Avatars, I will have to look into a way of importing them back into here. EDIT: Done Wink

Cheers,

Romeu
