Yes, the same way. In WinXP you have to go to the command prompt first, then navigate your way to the folder that contains the program and files. Then you type that statement in. To get to the command prompt go to Start then Run and type cmd in the box and hit Enter on the keyboard.
So for example if I had the program and files in C:\Media I would go to the command prompt and type in C: to take me to the C drive then cd Media to take me to the Media folder. Then type in the statement.
You can make a batch file in the same folder too and run that. Just edit the batch file each time you have a name change with the files you are working with. _________________ 'Go Fly A Kite!'

Argon, below are two examples in rez sizes 260x260 (top at 70kb) and 1024x1024 (bottom 780kb) of the surrounding area of Cambrai. (yes, its obvious which looks better but in the end the larger files (altogether have an impact on size)........What are your thoughts here?

Lets shoot for the bottom one (Higher res). The reason being is that once it's in the par file it will be a faster load. _________________ 'Go Fly A Kite!'

A new farm in Somme:
This is the stock farm from the Dover terrain that has been modified so the buildings are easier to damage. Also, now when you shoot the cows they fall over dead. There are about ten of these over the terrain now.

Just a bit of an FYI: Due to framerate issues, I will not be adding bombed out buildings close to the front lines. They are just too taxing on the system. However, I will add some to the existing towns once I get the new textures from Recon3. _________________ 'Go Fly A Kite!'

Success!!! I have made it where the "Front Lines" of either side is selectable in the Missions Editor. That way you can turn the Front Lines on or off by making it visible or not. _________________ 'Go Fly A Kite!'

Recon3, I've got a winter texture going but I'm not sure how well it looks. If I compile Snowy Somme up for you can you have a look at tell me what you think? _________________ 'Go Fly A Kite!'
