Argon, I made an Ansaldo from scratch but I still get a CTD at game start-up.
Can there be a problem with the squadron/Nations info? or loadout? _________________ WinXP

Yeah check the missions... Also might run thru the loadout.ppf file to see if there is anything. Also check that the shadow and airfoils names are in the propertly lists correctly spelled and what not. Other than that, got me mate! _________________ 'Go Fly A Kite!'

Pretty sure it's an airfoil naming thing. I built an Ansaldo from scratch (got it in-game) and noticed some differences inside the separate .ol files.
What I might do is take some Lods from WTG's .sm and throw them into mine instead of a total rebuild.
We'll see how it goes...
Lol, WingChaps.....be patient with me.....VERY patient. _________________ WinXP

I just finished rebuilding the fuse to the proper shape. Remapped it to four sides. Got it in-game. That was and will be the toughest part. I plan to make her skinner-friendly.
What I'm doing now, because I can't pin-point the CTD, is taking the origonal Lods, updating & tweaking them and adding to my rebuild version.
I'm on holidays for the next two weeks and will spend a good chunk of that time working on her but I'm not sure yet whether I want to skin her. I might look for help on that so I can get on with other things....like...um....real life. _________________ WinXP

BTW, I'd just like to really extend my thanks for taking on this beast... It has been haunting me on my hard drive for years...! I'm glad to see it get some attention! I've got a few birds needing some... Two of which are getting work at last! (The Breguet 14 and now the Ansaldo) Just need to get that Voisin, Ca.42, Bristol Scout D, Moska Bis and 0/400 out of the way for Plane Pack 4 and Plane Pack 4 Patch 1. _________________ 'Go Fly A Kite!'

Completed the Fuse, all the wings are done, vert-stab/rudder done.
All that needs doing is changing the cockpit over and putting in all the struts and a few minor changes. _________________ WinXP

Struts are in. I tweaked the fuse for more accuracey. Still waiting on my Windsock Data File on it. Should be here in about a week. Maybe I'll skin her too and make use of the Data File
Working on the cockpit now. _________________ WinXP
